Overtone is a Cheshire-based residential technology design and integration practice, creating considered technology environments for exceptional homes.
We design and integrate the systems that sit behind the way a home is experienced — from lighting and shading, automation and networking to security, audio and dedicated cinema. Every element is planned as part of the property as a whole, with the architecture, interiors and the way the home will be lived in guiding every decision.
Our approach begins early. We work alongside homeowners, architects, interior designers, developers and build teams to establish the technology requirements before construction begins, helping to coordinate infrastructure, equipment locations and first-fix requirements before they become difficult or costly to change.
Overtone was founded by Scott Hunt following several years of experience within high-end residential audio visual environments. Today, Scott remains personally involved throughout every project, from initial design and specification through installation, programming, commissioning and ongoing support.
We believe the best technology is rarely the technology you notice. It should work beautifully, feel intuitive and become a natural part of the home.
